The central theme of the Bible is that we can know for certain when death comes, we will spend eternity in the presence of God in Heaven. How can we know for sure we will go to Heaven? It is as simple as A-B-C:

Admitting - |
you are a sinner. "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23) |

Believing - |
Jesus Christ died for your sins: "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8)

Confessing - |
and receiving Him into your life by faith and trusting Him as Savior: "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. (Romans 10:9) |
Pray and ask Jesus to be your Savior,
and Heaven will be your eternal home:
"Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner.
Thank you for dying on the cross for me.
Forgive me for my sins and I invite you
into my life as my personal Savior. Please
make me what you want me to be. Amen"
